Vietnamese Honeycomb Cake

We would like to thank our ESL student Khi Lam for sharing her wonderful Bánh bò recipe. Bánh bò is a delightful sweet, chewy sponge cake from Vietnam.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Tapioca Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 yeast Cakes
Instructions
1. Mix Sugar, Coconut milk, and eggs
2.Put flour in mix
3.Put in Oven and bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees
