RICEMA honors the glorious cultural diversity of immigrants and refugees. We are committed to  preserving their cultural heritage. We believe that culture empowers and restores  the dignity of displaced and marginalized people.

RICEMA is an organization that is dedicated to promoting and empowering the importance of cultural arts. Our mission is to enrich the lives of young people, adults, and community through education and performing arts programs.

Our cultural programs hope to build leaders to preserve, elevate, and celebrate the vibrant and diverse communities in Worcester, MA.

Festival Highlights

 It was great to see everyone from different ages and cultures coming together and having a great time. Thank you to our colleagues, our youth, volunteers, and especially everyone at the Boys and Girls Club!
