English Classes
RICEMA offers free ESL classes at the Worcester Public Library on Monday and Wednesday from 10am-12pm. Classes are student centered and focus on English used in everyday conversations. Students learn English used in real life scenarios and have an opportunity to apply what they learn through real world practice.
Citizenship/ Naturalization Classes
RICEMA offers free Citizenship/ Naturalization classes at the Worcester Public Library on Tuesdays from 9am-11am. This class teaches Permanent Residents who have had their Green cards for 3-5 years, what they need to pass their Naturalization Interviews to become US Citizens. The class guides students on the application process for Naturalization and prepares them for their Naturalization Interviews with a USCIS Officer.
*It is recommended for students in this class to be at a high beginner- intermediate English speaking level as a requirement for the Naturalization process is to be able to speak, understand, and use conversational English .

Sharing Voices
Sharing Voices is an initiative of RICEMA’s adult
Students who took part in our Sharing Voices unit learned how to read and write recipes in English, and were given the option to share their recipes with the public online. Take a look and see if there is a recipe you would like to try!
