Couscous with Peas

Couscous with peas is Djamal’s favorite food, we really enjoy his recipe which honors the traditional method of making this meal from scratch.
Ingredients
- Grain of Couscous (like Semolina)
- Peas
- Olive Oil
- Water
- Salt
Instructions
1. Roll the couscous grains in a traditional wooden container with a little salt and water
2. Repeat the operation twice
3. Steam twice the couscous
4. Steam the peas once
5. Mix the couscous and the peas with a little olive oil
6. Eat with milk, whey, or fermented milk.
