Carrot Potato Macaroni

We would like to thank our ESL student Marie Ragdala for sharing her macaroni dish with a twist!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag macaroni
  • 2 Cups cheese
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 6 potatoes
  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 lb Meat
  • 1/2  Butter
  • 1/2 Garlic
  • 1/2 Parsley
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

1. Boil the macaroni, wash the potatoes and carrots

2. Boil  potatoes, carrots, and meat 

3. After, fry oil and mix the meat, macaroni, and carrots together

4. Add the butter, onion, garlic, salt, parsley, and cheese

5. Bake for 20 minutes
